AI Workflow Implementation
AI put to work on one real part of your business, and your team taught to run it.
What this is
Most AI projects fail for the same reason: someone bought a tool, nobody changed the workflow around it, and three weeks later everyone was back to doing it by hand. This engagement is deliberately the other way round. We start from the work your team repeats every week, pick the one or two places where AI is genuinely better than what you do now, and build it into the way that work actually happens — with the prompts, the automations and the integrations written down and owned by you. Then I sit with the people who will use it until they can change it themselves. You end up with something running in your business and the ability to keep going without me, which is the part most AI consulting quietly leaves out.
Who it is for
Small and mid-sized businesses with repetitive knowledge work — quoting, support, document handling, reporting, research, content — who suspect AI could help but do not want to be sold a subscription and left with it.
What's included
- A working review of how your team currently does the work, based on watching it rather than a questionnaire
- An honest assessment of which parts are worth automating with AI and which are not
- One or two workflows implemented and put into real daily use, agreed in writing before you pay
- Tool selection appropriate to your data, your budget and your obligations — and the reasoning behind it
- The prompts, automations and any glue code, delivered to you and documented
- A hands-on training session with the people who will actually use it
- A written playbook covering how it works, how to change it, and how to tell when it is going wrong
- A follow-up call two to three weeks in, once it has met reality
What's not included
- Training or fine-tuning models from scratch, and any GPU infrastructure
- A guarantee of accuracy — AI output has to be reviewed by someone accountable, and the workflows are built on that assumption
- Legal, regulatory or DPO sign-off, including EU AI Act classification and GDPR assessments
- Third-party subscriptions, API usage and model costs, which stay in your name and on your card
- Integrations with systems that have no usable API or export
- Ongoing prompt maintenance, monitoring or model upgrades after handover
- Headcount decisions, and any promise about what this lets you cut
Unless an accepted proposal says otherwise. If you need something on this list, say so in your request — it is usually possible, it just needs pricing separately.
How it runs
- You describe the work you think AI could take over, in a project request
- I review it and tell you honestly whether it is a fit — some workflows are not, and I would rather say so before you pay
- We agree in writing which one or two workflows I will build, and what done looks like
- You receive a secure payment link showing the agreed scope and the exact price
- You accept the terms and pay
- I spend time with your team on how the work is done today
- I build it, put it into use, and train the people who will run it
- You get the playbook, and a follow-up call two to three weeks later
Timing
Up to four focused working days across two to three weeks, plus the training session and the follow-up call. Spread deliberately rather than run back to back — the workflow has to survive contact with a normal working week before I hand it over. The start date is agreed with you before it is fixed.

Questions about this package
Is this going to replace my staff?
That is not what I build and not what I would sell you. The workflows here take the repetitive part off the people doing the work so they spend their time on the part that needs a person. If your goal is headcount reduction, say so in the request and I will tell you honestly whether this gets you there — usually it does not, and finding that out for €2,500 is cheaper than finding it out afterwards.
Our data is sensitive. Can it still leave our systems?
That is your call, not mine, and we settle it before anything is connected. There are real options at different points on that line — providers with EU processing and no-training guarantees, keeping identifiers out of what gets sent, and models that run on your own hardware. Each costs something in capability, price or effort, and I will lay out that trade-off rather than picking for you. What I do not do is give you a GDPR or AI Act assessment; that needs someone qualified.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits your case. I am not reselling anyone's product and I take no commission, which means I have no reason to talk you into a platform. Often the right answer is a tool you are already paying for, configured properly.
We know we want this, but not which workflow. Where do we start?
The AI Readiness Half-Day. It costs €790, goes through your processes with the people who run them, and comes back with a ranked shortlist — and the whole amount comes off this package if you go ahead. Picking the wrong workflow is the expensive mistake here, not the half-day.
What if you decide AI is not the right answer for us?
Then I tell you, at the scope stage, before you have paid. Sometimes the honest answer is that the workflow needs fixing before automating, or that a small piece of ordinary software beats a model. If we get that far and there is nothing worth building, I will point you at the package that does fit.
Will it still work in six months when the models change?
The workflow will; the specific prompts may need adjusting, which is why the playbook covers how to change them and the training exists at all. If you would rather I keep an eye on it, that is a prepaid hour block, not something hidden inside this price.
We are a team of three. Is this too much for us?
Not necessarily — small teams often get the most out of it because one automated workflow is a bigger share of their week. If your scope really is one narrow thing, say so and I may point you at a Senior Engineering Day instead.
